Dear all Guardians,

Firstly i'll say sorry for not being able to attend our first meeting, however from what i've heard it seems a good thing i wasn't.

I aim to make Guardians of Destiny a fun, safe and active RP guild. However when people refuse to respond in an appropriate IC way to the Guild Mistress this cannot be attained.

Being OOC during a meeting is unacceptable in any context, and as a result will get you kicked from the meeting IC. If the disruption continues... Kicked from the Guild perminantly

We are a small starting guild... If we have OOC players now it will tarnish the reputation of the guild completely, making it IMPOSSIBLE to recruit serious RP'ers. By removing these players we may be reducing the guild numbers... But i'd pick QUALITY over QUANTITY any day... We're not CM or LS!

We need to have a day where we go to the major cities and say IC about the guild and recruit...
Also... I do need to make a mention to someone...
Thank you Kim'Jael. Your devotion to the guild is exactly what we need... and although your "fish" haven't been prize catches... It's your attitude that will keep this guild going. Also... You can recruit yourself and i presume Portilia has told you you're a Blood Guard now... if not gimme a /w and we'll RP it out.

To sum it all up: I'm -not- impressed...

I wasn't there, i doubt it would have made a diffrence though, but if somebody was OOC then it means they ain't RPers enough to be in an RP guild when they go OOC at an event, sorry to say it, but that's a fact.

And just kicking them from the guild IC ain't gonna cut it, any RPer that saw the person OOC won't know he's been kicked IC and assuch will assume that OOCers are allowed, unless somebody have told otherwise.

I'd say, give a firm warning, which i think you've done already, and next time it happens it's a kick, no matter who it is.

And i told them 100000 times... do not jump around.
I am so sadd... My fish was crap... But there is still 1 of my fishey's left.
So my hope is in that one.

Erm i was not actualy aware that we were making Kimjael a blood gaurd in that meeting so not my bad
And i know i gave them to many warnings and should have kicked them earlier but i am learning

Yeah... i am sorry for the bad fish.
And... Kim'Jael is abit conffused what is going on with the guild.
He only know's that the people he invited had have many maces to the head. And the last one i dont know.
Btw who invited Andersen?
