Some Spring cleaning

As you can see. I've been doing a little bit of spring cleaning (well... Summer cleaning)
New design; I want honest opinions on this one. Also. I need you to put those angels wings back on if you could Portilia ^^
New forum; Applications, This way people can/must (this needs to be decided upon) apply here so we can see about their characters and make a decision to Interview from there.
